My first source of passive income, which is dividend stocks. Basically what dividend stocks are, are that I get paid for owning stock in large companies that are generating so much cash that they pay it back to their shareholders. Typically most young companies with a lot of growth opportunities don’t pay a dividend because they want to reinvest all of the money back into growing the company. But for companies who do pay a dividend, they essentially pay it to signal that they are a mature and stable company. The one downside is that it takes a lot of money for your dividends to really make an impact. Reason being is the average dividend yield for the S&P 500 has hovered right around 2%. Companies pay out dividends quarterly, semiannually, and annually depending on what they decide to do. Also, make sure you diversify and own dividend paying stocks in each sector as the average dividend yield differs greatly by sector as well.

The second way I make money is by running online social media marketing campaigns for clients. I get paid a consistent source of revenue(which is about a couple thousand dollars from each client) each month and I only have to put in about an hour maybe two a week. The hardest part about getting this source of passive income is getting new clients. The way it works is once I get a client I simply set up an advertisement campaign that is designed to automatically send them leads to grow their business. My clients get the name, email, phone number, and any other info that they want from their potential customers automatically sent to them by email, SMS, and uploaded to a shared spreadsheet. So, after the initial set up of about an hour, I spend maybe a couple of minutes a day checking to make sure the system is delivering results… just like you would do by checking a stock price...

Affiliate Marketing is my final source of passive income for me by simply talking about the the companies I use in my every day life to buy my stocks and by putting my invite links in my videos on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
