This is the first step because it's very important. Pick a niche you're passionate about because you're going to be creating a lot of content in this niche. If you're not passionate about it, you're more likely to quit
2. Pick A Product or System
Some people wonder why they're not making money. Well, in order to do that you must have something to sell. There are tons of different ways to sell products online. My favorite for newbies is affiliate marketing
3. Create A Free Giveaway
If you truly want to make passive income, this is the secret weapon. Create free giveaway (a.k.a. lead magnet) to offer to your audience in exchange for their email address. This allows you to build an email list of subscribers and automate your business
4. Pick A Platform
The two platforms I recommend are: blogging and YouTube. The reason for this is because these platforms are best for creating content that drives traffic for a long period of time. This allows you to create more passive income because people will discover your content long after you create it
5. Create Niche Specific Content
Now it's time to create content for the world to see. You're going to be creating content around the niche you choose. This content must be helpful to your target audience. After creating valuable content in your niche for an extended period of time, you will build authority
6. Give A Call To Action
At the end of all your content you want to tell your audience what to do next. This can be to get your free giveaway to build your list or something as simple as liking a video
7. Sell On The Backend
As people go to your capture page and go through your sales funnel, you will naturally make sales. But, most people will not buy whatever it is you're selling the first time they see it. This is why building an email list is so important. If you have an email autoresponder you can follow up with people and make sales on complete autopilot.
